The Operational Excellence Field Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.

This role leads strategic projects focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and performance enhancement, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational goals and business strategy

• Lead and manage continuous improvement programs across all operational areas using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee standardization of best practices, process documentation, and workflow optimization across departments.
• Manage strategic improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable ROI.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the Operations Excellence roadmap.
• Benchmark internal performance against industry standards to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
