Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, stitch, and assemble various fabric materials according to production requirements
- Sew banners, flags, backdrops, fabric frames, exhibition graphics, and promotional displays
- Perform hemming, edging, reinforcement, pocketing, Velcro attachment, zipper installation, and other finishing works
- Read and interpret production drawings, specifications, and work orders
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure high quality workmanship and compliance with company standards
- Repair or alter fabric products as required
- Coordinate with production, printing, and installation teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tailor, Industrial Tailor, Upholstery Tailor, or Sewing Machine Operator
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and fabric cutting tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Basic understanding of measurements and fabric handling techniques
- Physically fit and capable of handling large fabric materials

The Opportunity
- Megacom Media is seeking a skilled and detail oriented Tailor to join our production team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for stitching, altering, repairing, and finishing fabric materials used in signage, branding, event displays, exhibition stands, flags, banners, and other advertising products.
