Role Overview
Golden Threads Tailoring Workshop is seeking a highly skilled Master Tailor specializing in ladies' fashion and traditional garments.
The role covers complete garment production from customer measurement through final fitting while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Take customer measurements, conduct fittings, create patterns, drape fabrics, and cut garments.
- Stitch and assemble ladies' garments, including wedding gowns, evening dresses, abayas, jalabiyas, mukhawar, tops, blouses, pants, and skirts.
- Perform alterations, repairs, finishing, pressing, and quality control.
- Interpret sketches and customer requirements, meet production deadlines, and maintain equipment.
- Supervise junior tailors and sewing staff when required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Master Tailor in ladies' fashion.
- Strong expertise in pattern making, cutting, draping, fitting, and garment construction.
- Proven experience with bridal wear, traditional garments, and custom tailoring.
- Ability to independently manage complete garment production.
- Experience with industrial sewing machines and tailoring equipment.
- Strong fabric knowledge, attention to detail, quality focus, communication, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury fashion, bridal couture, or bespoke tailoring is preferred.
- Ability to read patterns and translate designs into finished garments is preferred.
- Experience supervising tailoring teams is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
- Visa and other benefits are provided according to UAE labor law.

Relocation Expectation
- Candidates should be able to commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting; this is preferred.
