- Perform garment alterations including hemming pants, adjusting sleeves, and taking in or letting out seams for a perfect fit
- Perform quick repairs such as fixing broken zippers, patching tears, and re stitching loose buttons
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking accurate measurements, and ensuring satisfaction with garment fit
- Operate sewing machines, overlockers, and pressing equipment efficiently
Requirements
- 2–5 years of tailoring or dressmaking experience (experience with luxury or delicate fabrics preferred)
- Strong cutting, sewing, and pattern making skills
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to understand customer alteration requests

Job Overview
