Role overview
The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing visual systems that support brand identity, digital experiences, creative communication, and scalable design processes.
The specialist will work with Design, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Technology teams to support visual consistency, usability, and high-quality execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable visual systems, design frameworks, and visual standards.
- Create guidelines for typography, color, imagery, layout, icons, graphics, and motion principles.
- Develop reusable components, templates, patterns, and visual assets.
- Ensure consistency across websites, applications, digital products, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Conduct visual audits and identify usability or consistency improvements.
- Support design systems, component libraries, prototypes, mockups, visual concepts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with UX, UI, developers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders on implementation and accessibility.
- Research emerging visual design trends, technologies, tools, and creative practices.
- Present visual concepts, recommendations, and system improvements to stakeholders and leadership.
