• Active Directory and core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI, clustering)
• Systems management and automation (Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Tanium, PowerShell)
• Identity management and MFA platforms (Ping, Okta)
• Cloud integration and access management (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, on-premises Active Directory)

· Drive strategic engineering initiatives, including automation, modernization, hybrid cloud integration, infrastructure as code, and platform reliability improvements.
· Lead the design and implementation of high-impact systems and solutions that span multiple technical domains, platforms, and business units.
· Mentor and support other engineers through design reviews, peer coaching, technical guidance, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing.
· Own and evolve engineering standards, reusable automation, operational runbooks, and support models that improve consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
· Influence operational maturity through process improvement, tool adoption, service reliability practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications.
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar technologies.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based change management, or automation lifecycle practices.
· Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
· Experience with backup, storage, virtualization, and recovery platforms such as Cohesity, NetApp, Nutanix, and VMware.
· Experience with identity providers and access platforms such as Okta, Ping, MFA, SSO, conditional access, and federation.
· Experience using AI-enabled productivity or engineering tools responsibly to improve documentation, troubleshooting, automation, analysis, and operational efficiency while following company security and data governance policies.
· Broad technical range, with the ability to work across multiple toolsets, platforms, and infrastructure domains beyond a single technology stack.
· Strong institutional awareness and the ability to understand how technical decisions affect teams, platforms, customers, and business outcomes.
· Proven ability to lead through influence by driving change, mentoring others, and delivering strategic outcomes without formal authority.
· High degree of self-direction, reliability, and follow-through, with the ability to take initiative and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.
· Relationship builder who collaborates effectively with peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to create alignment, trust, and shared accountability.
