Systems Quality Manager

Coordinate with HSE and procurement to ensure systems materials, suppliers, and documentation compliance.

Support Project Management in achieving systems quality and operational readiness objectives.

Experience You Will Bring:

Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) in Ontario or equivalent education and training.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure or rail systems projects.

5+ years experience in a quality management role focused on systems, integration, or commissioning.

Certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor.

Strong knowledge of systems engineering, integration, and assurance methodologies.

Experience with rail systems (signalling, communications, SCADA, traction power, etc.) strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Canadian and international standards for systems and rail infrastructure.

Strong understanding of interface management, verification & validation (V&V), and commissioning processes.

Valid Driver’s License.

Excellent problem-solving ability with a systems-thinking mindset.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex system interactions clearly.

High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across technical functions.

Proficient in MS Office and quality/system management tools.

Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 annually. The listed salary range reflects potential base pay and considers factors such as experience, education, and training. Each candidate is evaluated individually and offers toward the higher end may be extended to those with exceptional qualifications.
