Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and maintain DoD network systems at the 60 MDG level.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) .
• Configure and maintain Cisco network switches .
• Provide end‑user and management support, including technical assistance and training.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, information assurance, and network access policies.
• Support Medical Community of Interest (Med‑COI) and DHA network requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined experience with Air Force Medical Information Systems and/or DHA Systems .
• Security + or higher certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Med‑COI/DHA network architecture and constraints.
• Proficiency in: Windows Server installation, administration, and troubleshooting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MECM) Cisco switch configuration

• Excellent communication and customer‑support skills.
