Be skilled in preparing program specifications and technical documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and designs for data integration, reporting, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes. Be able to work with competing demands, prioritize and meet deadlines, giving attention to detail and work accuracy. Have excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Have knowledge of emerging technologies and products relating to internet technology with specific reference to web, mobile and geospatial technologies. Have the ability to work effectively in a project team setting and with minimal supervision. Have a commitment to customer service, high quality work and continuous improvement.

Experience working with IBM Maximo or an equivalent enterprise work and asset management platform. Experience with SQL/SQL Server, Oracle DB, and/or IBM Db2.
