Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational initiatives related to compliance with Bill 194
- Contribute to digital risk management activities including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring
- Support identity and access management (IAM) functions and administration of authentication systems
- Develop and maintain critical systems security documentation
- Enhance and deliver cybersecurity awareness training and outreach initiatives
- Act as lead technical resource for planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills

About the Role
- The Digital Trust and Governance team supports compliance with Bill 194 and digital risk management.
- The role supports IAM functions and cybersecurity awareness training.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as on site project manager for projects from inception to completion.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate functional specifications for complex application systems.
- Lead ongoing design and support for technology in server, network, and security environments.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, etc.
- Perform advanced analysis and problem solving to formulate solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses.
- Develop strategies for implementing new services and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot computer system issues across heterogeneous systems.
- Ensure availability and performance of production systems.
- Test system architecture to minimize risks.
- Investigate and evaluate new hardware and software products.
- Provide technical assistance to user groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
Schedule
- Monday Friday, 8:30 am 4:30 pm.
- 35 hours per week.
Additional Information
- This is a limited term position of 12.3 months.
- Hybrid work environment.
