Systems Integration Senior Analyst

Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.

Analyze system logs and proactively identify anomalies or recurring issues.

Manage load evaluators , performance tuning, and resource allocation.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to: Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Netscaler Gateway App-V and application delivery

Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop

Netscaler Gateway

App-V and application delivery

Investigate root causes and implement long-term fixes.

Ensure secure configuration of Citrix environments.

Manage ICA/RDP protocols and user session security.

Support licensing and compliance for Citrix and Terminal Servers.

Utilize Citrix commands and administrative tools for system management.

Develop or use scripts for automation and operational efficiency (where applicable).

Work with Windows Resource Kit tools and SQL Server for reporting and troubleshooting.
