Leadership and People Management
- Lead, develop, and manage Systems Engineers, Systems Integration Engineers, and Safety Assurance professionals.
- Manage assigned staff through resource planning, performance management, career development, and objective setting.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, technical guidance, succession planning, and support for professional accreditation.
