Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience in a relevant field with a minimum work experience of: 10+ Years with BS 8+ Years with MS 6+ Year with PHD
- 10+ Years with BS
- 8+ Years with MS
- 6+ Year with PHD
- Ability to lead engineering teams in a development test environment.
- Working knowledge of the product development life-cycle, Design For Manufacturability, Design for Test, Design for Sustainability, and Test Equipment
- Possess an active Secret security clearance
- Experience leading development of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, or RF Communications Systems
Preferred Skills and Education
- Ability to lead Test Engineers while successfully collaborating with other managers or engineers from other disciplines
- People skills that support collaboration across multiple channels
- Motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to estimate cost & schedules and manage projects
- Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
