Systems Engineering IPT Lead

Accountable for technical, cost and schedule execution of the program’s Systems Engineering IPT. Ensures all IPT work products are produced in accordance with the project plan to satisfy the customer requirements. Ensures all IPT work product are completed on cost and schedule. Define IMS tasks required to complete IPT scope of work to achieve program milestones. Control account manager for assigned control accounts.

Provide technical oversight and direction of the Systems Engineering IPT for assigned program. SE IPT typically includes: Mission and Space Vehicle SE, Cyber Security SE, Specialty Engineering, Launch System Integration SE, modeling & simulation, and system-level test.

Responsible for external stakeholder engagement for IPT’s scope of work frequently collaborating with customers, subcontractors and mission partners.

Using traditional and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches lead and contribute to the development all SE work products which may include: CONOPS System Architecture Requirements and Interface Control Documents Mission and System Analysis Trade Studies

Lead effort for program requirement verification through the assembly, integration, and test process, including system-level test.

Contributes to conduct of program design and readiness reviews.
