Systems Engineering Analyst, Airborne Mission Systems

• Experience with Electronic Warfare Operational Support
• Familiarity with requirements management and test tools such as IBM DOORS, RTC EWM, or similar platforms
• Experience creating or maintaining test procedures, qualification test documentation, technical reports, or verification evidence
• Experience providing customer-facing engineering support in an operational or field environment
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553

• Systems thinking and analytical problem solving
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to organize complex technical information and bring structure to ambiguous problems
• Customer-focused communication and stakeholder management
• Initiative, accountability, and sound engineering judgment
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to multidisciplinary teams

This role will involve working on-site with customer and operational teams in a secure technical environment.

The position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to support mission-critical systems while maintaining compliance with applicable security, export control, and customer requirements.

It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.

Successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements, including but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance.

Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data, classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations.

You must be eligible to work in Canada.

The hiring salary for this position is between $85,000 and $120,000 commensurate with the qualifications of the selected candidate.

The final compensation will be determined based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications, including relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations.
