Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineer to join a high-impact Surge Support effort for a key government customer.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in replicating an existing system infrastructure onto new hardware in a live network environment, followed by a seamless migration to establish the new production system.

This role demands deep technical expertise, strong collaboration, and precision execution.

• Experience: Minimum 11 years of relevant systems engineering experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Gain a detailed understanding of the existing system architecture and configurations
• Build an exact replica of the existing production system on new hardware
• Configure and validate the new system in parallel on the same network
• Coordinate and execute the data migration from the old system to the new environment
• Transition the replica environment into the new production system
• Collaborate with the current engineering team to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer
