Experience across one or more systems engineering disciplines, including requirements management, systems architecture, specialty engineering, integration, or verification & validation
Experience working on complex engineering, technology or Defence projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
An Engineering degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
Exposure to MBSE, Agile development, Defence capability domains or test automation approaches will be highly regarded
Flexibility and ability to hit the ground running.
NV1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled information
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
