Systems Engineer ( Modeling and Simulation)

The System Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and validation of complex systems that support mission-critical applications in the defense and commercial sectors. Y ou will use and contribute to models of real-world weapons, radars, Command & Control systems. You will independently identify and address system and software defects, demonstrate an ability to practice sound systems and software engineering discipline, and decompose complex problems to formulate solutions.

Education & Experience: • BS Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent STEM field with 4-5 years experience • Demonstrated Ability in root cause analysis, problem solving skills, and statistical analysis • Demonstrated Ability in scripting languages such as Python • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
