Systems Engineer - IT Operations

Collaborate and lead the implementation of scalable and robust infrastructure and applications that align with business objectives.

Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements to efficiency, performance, and reliability.

Deliver sophisticated technical assistance and management of crucial infrastructure systems such as Azure Local, Okta, Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, EntraID, Office 365, Intune, Mimecast, and various Windows HICs.

Implement and sustain IAM solutions using OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID.

Coordinate Cloud Infrastructure ensuring efficient cost and performance, scalability, compliance, and security.

Automate routine tasks and deployments using scripting and various automation tools.

Integrate identity services across cloud platforms to ensure seamless and secure access for users.

Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests through IAM platforms.

Establish and maintain SSO and MFA settings across OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID.

Work closely with the IT Operations Manager, Senior Systems Engineers, and Regional Service Delivery Manager to ensure outstanding customer service for all support needs.

Develop documentation and prepare drawings, procedures, processes, and other related documentation for all labs, classrooms, or other aspects of work performed or environments built.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT.

5+ years of Information Technology/Network/System Administration experience.

Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred.

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience.
