What You Will Do
- The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer I to plan and execute complex integration and verification test events. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in system integration and testing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge missile defense technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- This is an onsite entry level role located in Andover or Tewksbury, MA
- Support testing effort: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification in both simulated and real-world environments
- Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed analysis and debugging
- Drive Performance: Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues
- Modeling and Analysis: Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation
- Integrate Systems: Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems in field test and hardware in the loop environments, evaluating their functionality and impact.
- Collaborate: Work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality
- Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders
