You are an experienced infrastructure professional with strong hands-on expertise across cloud and hybrid environments. A practical and solutions-focused problem solver, you enjoy working across both operational support and project delivery, taking ownership of outcomes and contributing to continuous improvement. You build effective relationships across technical and business teams and are a confident communicator, able to tailor your approach to a range of audiences from frontline staff through to senior leaders.
You will bring:
Strong experience across Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Local, Active Directory and Entra ID.
Demonstrated experience deploying, supporting and maintaining ICT infrastructure within large, complex environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure administration, cloud operations, infrastructure modernisation, and cloud migration initiatives.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD practices, and Azure networking concepts including virtual networks, firewalls and routing.
Strong knowledge of patch management, vulnerability management, infrastructure security, and operational support tools for monitoring and service management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders; relevant Microsoft, Azure, VMware or related certifications will be highly regarded.
