Role Summary
Specify, control the design, implement, validate, and commission drive systems for multiple domains.
Create and maintain design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical interfaces to customers and suppliers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and validate control systems for projects across different industrial domains.
- Establish and maintain contract design documentation.
- Improve engineering efficiency through standard engineering solutions.
- Manage engineering changes through the engineering change-control system.
- Support project execution with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical advice to sales and tendering teams.
- Adapt project-specific controls for variable-speed-drive applications.
- Comply with company and customer health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and/or a master’s degree in Control Systems, Power Electronics, or Drives Engineering.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in DC, LV AC, or medium-voltage VSI/CSI drive control system design.
