Partnering with business units across the University, the team delivers innovative, reliable, and user-focused technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the SFU experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop information systems and identify the university’s future information needs.
- Compile information, conduct additional analyses, and prepare reports on a variety of issues for internal uses and for partners across the University.
- Support enterprise applications, integrations, and automation services that support critical administrative and student services across SFU.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative information analysis and reporting to support strategic decision and policy-making by the university’s senior administration.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Technology Services, vendors, and implementation partners to understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
