Develop robust, standardised, and executable system designs from customer requirements.
Support customers across Europe, Africa, and India during technical solution development and bidding.
Work with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Regional Design Authorities to assess feasibility, compliance, risk, and buildability.
Location and working pattern
- The role is based in Crowborough, East Sussex.
- The position is hybrid, with three days per week onsite after the initial probation phase.
- Some flexibility is needed for travel outside the UK.
What you will do
- Lead technical solution development during bids, defining requirements, scope, assumptions, risks, and delivery approaches.
- Design solutions centred around sampling systems, process instrumentation, and integrated engineered systems.
- Create bills of materials, cost models, pricing recommendations, and technical proposal documentation.
- Assess feasibility, buildability, compliance requirements, and execution risks.
- Support proposal governance reviews and regional approval before customer submission.
- Produce bid design packs and hand over designs into project execution.
