Job Summary

Work Location
The position is located in Staten Island, New York and is onsite.
The role may require travel among Agency locations and adjusted hours for deployments, emergencies, or scheduled technology changes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, mailboxes, groups, licensing, and permissions.
Administer Entra ID identities, enterprise applications, multifactor authentication, single sign-on, identity synchronization, and access configurations.

Administer Intune or the designated endpoint management platform, including profiles, compliance policies, applications, enrollment, and updates.
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, file services, DNS, DHCP, permissions, and related infrastructure.
Administer assigned cloud and software-as-a-service applications and support integrations and single sign-on.
Develop, test, document, and maintain PowerShell scripts and approved automation.
Implement assigned technology projects using testing, change-control, rollback, and validation procedures.
Support endpoint security, email security, identity protection, vulnerability remediation, backup, and recovery operations.
Investigate suspicious activity, compromised accounts, malware, phishing, unauthorized access, and material security risks.
Serve as the primary escalation resource for complex endpoint, identity, cloud, Windows, and application incidents.
Provide technical training and knowledge transfer and perform routine maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
Three to five years of progressive technology support, systems administration, cloud administration, or related experience is required.
At least two years of practical experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, or a comparable Microsoft environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication, multifactor authentication, and single sign-on is required.
PowerShell scripting, automation, technical documentation, and complex troubleshooting skills are required.
Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, wireless, and firewall concepts is required.
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is $77,000 to $80,000 per year.
