Job Title : Systems and Automation Developer

The Systems and Automation Developer exists to strengthen CBMC’s ministry impact by improving how our systems connect, automate, and deliver reliable data across the organization.
This role focuses on building integrations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that teams have access to accurate, accessible information to support decision-making and ministry effectiveness.
Working closely with Operations and cross-functional teams, this role helps reduce manual work, increase system reliability, and create scalable solutions that support the growth of the ministry.
Ensure reliable system connectivity and data flow by designing and supporting integrations across core ministry platforms, building, and maintaining API-based connections, monitoring and resolving synchronization issues, collaborating with vendors and technical partners, and contributing to a scalable integration approach across systems. Build and maintain API-based integrations between systems.
Design and improve operational efficiency by designing and implementing workflow automation across systems, building triggers and repeatable processes, enhancing consistency in workflows, and streamlining manual or repetitive tasks for internal teams.

Build and support the integrity and accessibility of data across systems by building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring consistent data structures across platforms, resolving data integrity issues, and adhering to data governance practices, including appropriate data access boundaries.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Annually
