Systems & Automation Developer

Build and support the systems and data structures that enable reporting and analytics by developing and maintaining reliable datasets, improving data accessibility for decision-making, enabling self-service reporting for internal teams, and translating operational needs into effective data solutions.

Collaborate with the Operations team to continuously improve systems, workflows, and data processes by implementing scalable solutions, enhancing platform efficiency, and maintaining clear, structured documentation that supports long-term sustainability and organizational best practices.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. One to two years + experience working with data systems, integrations, or automation tools. Strong understanding of relational data structures and SQL Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations. Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Annually
