Systems Architect I discovers and analyzes client needs and implements solutions on the proprietary Benefitsolver platform.

The Gig
- Lead customer requirements-gathering sessions and produce platform requirements for business and benefits administration needs.
- Gather and analyze system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment.
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer questions and platform issues.
- Partner with Architect II resources to design solutions, apply best practices, and identify downstream impacts.
- Complete Decision Support documents and work orders, and create work requests for configuration and analyst resources.
