Role overview
The Systems and Workplace Engineer designs, maintains and optimises enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments across cloud and on-premises environments.
The role provides Level 2 and Level 3 technical support globally and drives continuous improvement and automation across IT operations.
The work arrangement is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Operational support
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support across global remote and on-site environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, firewall and system-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term resolutions.
- Participate in on-call support and critical incident response.
- Maintain ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management processes.
Infrastructure and platforms
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive and Teams.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for enrolment, compliance, configuration profiles and application deployment.
