Form and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across RMH
Create and maintain a high level of documentation, manuals and training material
Provide on-site support for facilities, inventory, hardware assistance, on-site technical support and corporate services across all mental health sites
Lead the scoping, proposal development, planning and implementation of targeted technical solutions for the collection, reporting and utilisation of high priority mental health information
Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to ensure the continued smooth running of the mental health sites
Development and maintenance of systems, databases and workflows in collaboration with other RMH teams
You bring strong technical, analytical and communication skills, with experience working with data and reporting systems. You’ll also bring:
Strong digital capability, including databases, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
Intermediate SQL and database structure knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
Confidence supporting and training staff
Experience in a hospital, healthcare or medical setting
A commitment to the Melbourne Way: putting people first, leading with kindness and achieving excellence together
MS Report Builder, Power BI and/or Python
Knowledge of mental health data collections
