Responsibilities
- Implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions
- Define application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes
- Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
- Validate results by testing and proof of concept
- Ensure operation by training client personnel and providing support
- Provide reference by writing documentation
- Create and manage dataflow charts
- Drive problem investigations and resolution as required
- Monitor and report using industry standard monitoring platform tools
- Ensure incidents and problems are appropriately resolved or escalated
- Serve as a technical resource to team members
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science/IT related field or industry certifications (CompTIA A+, MSCE, CITP, ITIL, ISA)
- Minimum of three years’ experience in networking, data center communications, or related field
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite, security architecture, securing and hardening OS, networks, databases, and applications
- Knowledge of Incident Response life cycle
- Hands on experience with common enterprise software and hardware
- Financial institution IT experience preferred
- Experience with Linux preferred
- Hybrid datacenter experience preferred
- Database experience preferred

Summary
- The Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support for system architecture, infrastructure design, administration, implementation and operations. Consults on current state of IT system and provides data driven advice.
Education And/or Experience
- B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science/IT related field or industry certifications (CompTIA A+, MSCE, CITP, ITIL, ISA) required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in networking, data center communications, or related field required
- Financial institution IT experience preferred
- Experience with Linux preferred
- Hybrid datacenter experience preferred
- Database experience preferred
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite; security architecture; securing and hardening Operating Systems; Networks; Databases; and Applications
- Knowledge of the Incident Response life cycle
Competencies/Skills
- Diagnostic, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, Cloud Technologies
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize projects
- Hands on experience with common enterprise software and hardware

Salary Range
- The good faith range for this position is $36.00 43.25 per hour.
