The Systems Analyst Associate is responsible for supporting assigned operating systems and networks.

The Systems Analyst Associate is responsible for the installation, upgrades and maintenance of assigned application software and operating systems.

• Supports assigned operating systems and networks Performs installation and upgrades of assigned application software and operating systems Initiates back-up procedures for operations of systems and networks Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems Performs equipment failure and disaster recovery procedures for applications and networks Issues advanced notifications of any extended system downtimes or extended interruption of operations

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other field of study; or equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
