Role Overview
The Systems Analyst will design, build, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines that support client warehouse operations.
The role works directly with client data, including SQL development, solution configuration, and troubleshooting across relational and non-relational systems.
This role is remote in Canada and may require up to 30% travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement client metrics and dashboards and lead configuration from end to end.
- Build data extractions, optimize SQL queries, and troubleshoot relational and NoSQL database issues.
- Configure solutions, lead quality assurance, participate in peer reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide client training, manage implementation data, collaborate on requirements, and comply with SOC2 practices.
