Perform system implementation, troubleshooting, and administration activities.
Installation, training, support, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Troubleshooting and resolution of problems as well as the communication, tracking, and reporting of these efforts.
Performing imaging, restores, and ongoing management of systems, software, and hardware.

Ensures Windows application hosts and SQL database hosts comply with applicable system security standards
Works with information assurance teams to ensure system accreditation
Plans for and performs any required Windows server configuration changes
Analyzes monitoring data for performance optimization opportunities
Develops and implements system performance monitoring processes
Maintains current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for server operations and maintenance
Works as part of a team on client engagements.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent related field experience)
2+ years Windows server experience (2012, 2016, 2019)
Must have a minimum of three (3) Years specialized experience in Systems Administration supporting MS SQL Server, MS System Center (SCCM), O365/SharePoint and MS Azure
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Registry, Group Policy Objects
