Support testing, system upgrades, integrations, and acquisition activities
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, operations, or a related field preferred.

Experience working across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.

Customer Service: Responds professionally, communicates status clearly, and helps users reach practical resolutions.
Ownership: Takes responsibility for assigned processes, follows through, and escalates risks promptly.

This position performs computer-based work for extended periods and may occasionally support time-sensitive operational changes outside standard business hours.
