As a Systems Administrator at Redox, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and leading implementation work across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based technologies. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and precision.

Analysing, designing, implementing, and managing new software integrations to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Planning and managing the lifecycle of system upgrades and new software implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum improvement.

Ensuring the continuity and optimal performance of our Microsoft Hyper-V server environment, addressing any issues proactively.

Monitoring the health of our network and all fixed and mobile devices, maintaining high standards of reliability and security.

Managing the network infrastructure, including configuring DNS, routers, switches, and implementing firewall policies, with a preference for FortiGate firewalls.

Maintaining Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS, ensuring they are secure and up to date.

Supporting our IP telephony system, with a particular focus on troubleshooting VOIP issues.
