FEDITC is seeking a Systems Administrator – Mid Level to support operations at Texarkana, TX .

This role involves managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing IT challenges within a mission-critical environment.

A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

• Install, configure, and maintain system software and infrastructure in accordance with organizational standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within various operating systems and applications.
• Conduct system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with network and application teams to support integrated solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, as necessary.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, with familiarity in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in system management tools, experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
