Key skills for this role
You find real satisfaction in being the person employees turn to when technology isn't cooperating, you're patient, resourceful, and take genuine pride in resolving issues quickly and clearly so people can get back to doing their best work.
You think about security the way a good operator thinks about risk, proactively, consistently, and with an understanding that protecting systems and access isn't just a policy requirement, it's a fundamental responsibility you take personally.
You're early in your IT career and hungry to grow — the idea of working across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Intune, and Fortinet in a fully cloud-based environment genuinely excites you, and you're actively developing your skills to go deeper.
You're organized and methodical, you document what you do, follow processes with discipline, and understand that clean records and accurate asset management are what separate a reactive IT function from a trusted one.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 IT support — receiving, prioritizing, and resolving incidents and service requests across laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, VPN, connectivity, MFA, and account management through phone, email, ticketing, and remote support tools.
Administer the organization's fully cloud-based environment including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure, and AWS, monitoring system health, application availability, backups, and cloud subscriptions while coordinating with vendors to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Manage user access and identity across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and role changes, applying least-privilege and role-based access-control principles and ensuring every access change is properly authorized before it's made.
Oversee endpoint configuration, deployment, patching, security compliance, and secure retirement through Microsoft Intune, while supporting endpoint protection, encryption, antivirus, and email security tools across the organization.
