Freedom Fuels is looking for an experienced full-time Systems Administrator to join our Technology team at our Eagle Farm Support Office.
This is a hands-on technical role with plenty of variety. You'll work across our corporate, retail and wholesale operations, taking ownership of core infrastructure and systems while also contributing to cloud, automation, security and technology improvement initiatives.

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy and business-critical applications
Manage and support server, network, telecommunications and endpoint environments
Monitor system performance, availability, backups and recovery
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
Support cloud adoption, migrations, system upgrades and infrastructure improvements
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement , including scripting and workflows
Explore emerging technologies, including AI capabilities , and support the implementation of approved solutions
Contribute to cybersecurity, vulnerability management, disaster recovery and business continuity
Work with vendors, consultants and technology partners to deliver projects and technical improvements
Maintain system documentation, asset registers and technology standards

3+ years' experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support or a similar technical role
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Active Directory
Experience supporting server, network and cloud environments
Strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to work through complex technical issues
Experience contributing to technology projects, upgrades and system improvements
