Role Description

  • As a part of ongoing expansion, we are looking for a full time System Support Engineer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that require travel outside UAE.

Qualifications

  • Candidates shall have a degree in Electronics/Computer Systems Engineering.
  • CCNA/CCNP will be a plus.
  • Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for complex communication and security systems.
  • Candidates should possess System Administration and Operating Systems skills (e.g., Windows, Linux) to manage servers and endpoints.
  • Candidates should possess Network Security skills to support secure system deployment, access control, and incident response.
  • Relevant experience with CCTV, access control, public address, industrial communication, or IoT/AI based solutions is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on site, respond to incidents promptly, and coordinate with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with a focus on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Should be a TEAM PLAYER with the ability to work independently as and when required.

Responsibilities

  • The System Support Engineer shall diagnose and resolve system issues, and ensure stable operation of deployed solutions.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance, supporting system administration tasks, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • The role involves collaborating with project, engineering, and development teams to implement fixes, apply updates, and support life cycle management activities.
  • The System Support Engineer shall document incidents, maintain technical records, assist in user training, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
