System/Field Application Engineer

Our ASIC engineering team focuses on silicon design, bring‑up, and validation, ensuring reliable integration of high‑speed interfaces and close collaboration with firmware, system, and customers to enable successful product deployment. We are seeking a System Application Engineer / FAE to support customer system bring-up, validation, and issue debugging across hardware, firmware, and SDK layers. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to validate system hardware and PCB functionality, integrate FW/SDK, and ensure reliable operation across interfaces such as HBM, PCIe, SerDes, and UCIe. Key Responsibilities • Support customer system bring-up, including hardware, firmware, and SDK integration • Assist with system validation, lab testing, and post-silicon characterization • Collect and analyze lab data to evaluate system robustness and operating margins • Perform basic HSIO testing (signal integrity checks, eye diagrams, BER) • Help debug customer issues across HW/FW/SDK boundaries and support root-cause analysis • Work with firmware teams to validate features, configurations, and system behavior • Document issues and validation results clearly and concisely • Collaborate with design, firmware, validation, and marketing teams to support customers
