Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communications Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiar with AI/xPU testing and mass production processes, with experience in troubleshooting and actual mass production
• Strong communication and integration skills for cross-team collaboration, including planning and execution
• At least 4 years of experience in system design and mass production, and familiar with electronic product development processes and mass production technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB
• Experience in at least one of the following: Computer architecture and principles, embedded systems/computer operating systems, communication principles/digital signal processing/algorithm development, and high-speed signal and SI/PI concepts
• Salary range: $150,000- $266,000
• Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
