Translate customer needs into system-level requirements and solution concepts;
Evaluate technical alternatives, trade-offs, and implementation approaches;

Drive technical alignment and support informed engineering decision-making;
Lead or contribute to technical trade studies, reviews, and risk assessments;
Drive verification and validation strategy by ensuring system requirements, operational scenarios, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined, traceable, and validated through testing.
Experience with SDR, LTE, 5G, RF systems, SIGINT, tactical communications, or related technologies;
Experience with airborne, mobile, fixed-site, or mission-critical deployments;
Experience integrating third-party hardware, software, sensors, or networking platforms;
Familiarity with requirements management, interface control, and systems engineering methodologies;
Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace.
