Ascom is hiring a System Engineer within its Professional Services team to deliver tailored healthcare technology solutions.
The role supports connected healthcare and mobile workflow solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support technical customer solutions integrated with existing IT environments.
- Provide Level 2 support on-site and remotely across the product lifecycle.
- Manage project tasks for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation for traceability and long-term serviceability.
- Conduct on-site installations and system health checks.
Requirements
- Hold a tertiary qualification in System Engineering, Application Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have proven experience in a systems engineering or equivalent technical role.
- Familiarity with Ascom solutions is advantageous.
- Travel within the ANZ region and hold a valid driver's license.
- Be comfortable conducting on-site installations and using tools.
- Be collaborative, self-driven, and focused on delivering solutions.
Workplace
- The role includes both on-site customer support and remote support, with travel within the ANZ region.
- The position includes a company car.
