Key Responsibilities
- Define, capture, and manage system and sub‑system engineering requirements , ensuring full traceability
- Lead system and component‑level integration across electrical, mechanical, and software domains
- Support integration of automotive power electronics , including inverters, converters, and high‑voltage (HV) components
- Deliver verification and validation activities in alignment with the V‑Model / V‑Cycle
- Create, manage, and track Design Verification Plans (DVPs) and associated test activities
- Coordinate with cross‑functional engineering teams and suppliers to support system integration and issue resolution
- Track and manage integration tasks, deliverables, and milestones across the development lifecycle
- Ensure designs adhere to automotive safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Required Skills
- 5–9 years’ professional experience in Systems Engineering or Automotive System Integration
- Strong understanding of vehicle integration processes and component‑level integration
- Experience working within automotive development frameworks and the full system development lifecycle (V‑Cycle)
- Proven experience in requirements management , preferably using DOORS
- Experience creating and managing DVPs , verification, and validation activities
- Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external suppliers in a complex engineering environment
