Alongside driving strategic initiatives, you’ll focus on developing and mentoring your team, building capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a highly influential role offering the opportunity to shape the future of the platform, lead meaningful change, and make a lasting impact on both colleague and customer experiences.
