Role Details
The role is a full-time System Auditor/Audit Engineer position located in Kochi.
The position requires 2+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite inspections of real estate projects for quality and regulatory compliance.
- Review plans, specifications, drawings, material lists, and contractor submittals.
- Identify risks and report issues affecting quality or completion timelines.
- Coordinate corrective action plans with project teams.
- Prepare project quality and compliance reports.
- Communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Train project teams on quality-check procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, including BTech Civil.
- At least 2+ years of technical auditing, quality assurance, or quality control experience in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards for real estate construction and design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, detail-orientation, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
