- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to define solution designs
- Perform system design analysis and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
- Conduct change impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementations
- Support implementation planning, deployment readiness, and post implementation validation
- Create process flows, system workflows, interface specifications, and technical documentation
- Participate in solution reviews, testing, defect resolution, and production support
- Ensure system solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and organizational policies
Requirements
- 3 11+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
- Experience in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Experience with enterprise applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
