- Gather and analyze business requirements from real estate stakeholders (sales, leasing, property management teams).
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver system solutions.
- Design workflows for real estate operations such as property listings, tenant management, sales & leasing processes, and CRM integration.
- Improve and optimize existing real estate systems for better performance and user experience.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support integration with third party real estate platforms and payment systems.
- Prepare documentation including BRD, SRS, and process flows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst
- Strong experience in Real Estate / Property Management systems
- Understanding of real estate workflows (sales, rentals, property listings, contracts)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Requirements gathering & documentation skills
- Process mapping (BPMN or similar)
- SQL basics (preferred)
- API understanding and system integration knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Job Description
