Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst - HR Systems to join our NSW SAP Project and play a hands-on role in the implementation and transition of our enterprise HR systems landscape.
Working closely with the Manager – HR Systems, NSW SAP Project Team, P&C, Payroll, IT, external vendors and business SMEs, you will support functional analysis, data migration, testing, cutover and implementation activities across SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), UKG and key integration touchpoints.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong HR systems knowledge with a practical, delivery-focused approach and understands how HR master data, payroll, integrations and business processes come together in a complex project environment.
This role is based in our Sydney CBD office and is for a 12 month contract.
