Key responsibilities
- Manage users, groups, security permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Set up Active Directory user accounts, password resets, group memberships, and account modifications.
- Configure Microsoft Windows and Office 365 on systems.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 user requests and compliance activities.
- Manage Active Directory DNS and DHCP Server.
- Provide remote user support through TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or related software.
